Alex Abellan

Alex Abellan is the Founder of National Access Cannabis, a Canadian-based network of one-stop care centers.

A pioneer of safe distribution in Canada, Alex was the first person to develop a model targeted specifically at minimizing the negative impacts of legalization in our communities. National Access Cannabis risk reduction and health awareness model is presently being used across Canada and has exported its model and brand internationally.

Both an entrepreneur and philanthropist, Alex has spent the greater part of his adult life as an advocate for the less fortunate and disenfranchised. He retired early from a successful career in acting to renovate impoverished neighborhoods and provide better opportunities for those communities. Throughout his philanthropic endeavors, Alex observed a lack of safe distribution and educational services for patients interested in medical cannabis. He then embarked on a new journey to improve health awareness and risk reduction. National Access Cannabis is helping patients navigate their cannabis experience and has set a new standard for care in North America.
