Dr. Randy Barrett graduated with honors from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1993.
He finished his training at The Western Pennsylvania Hospital in 1997 where he received The Roberts D. Dripps’ M.D. Award for outstanding graduate.
He is a dual board certified Anesthesiologist and Pain Management physician having more than 25 years of diverse experience treating acute, chronic and cancer pain in Western Pennsylvania.
Dr. Barrett is the founder and president of North Pittsburgh Pain Physicians and North Pittsburgh Anesthesia Assoc. He is the acting director of the The Pain Management Centers at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital since 1998 and Clarion Hospital since 2011. North Pittsburgh Pain Physicians also has a private practice in the Allegheny Valley, which services Allegheny Valley Hospital and surrounding communities.
