Meet the Hosts
Hal Altman, MD, MCST
Dr. Hal Altman is a Pediatrician and former hospital administrator. He recently completed a Master of Cannabis Science and Therapeutics degree from the University of Maryland’s School of Pharmacy. Since completing his studies, he has served as a medical cannabis consultant and educator. Appreciating that many patients are using cannabis as medicine without supervision, he and his colleague, Dr. Matthews, are providing podcast education for the interested public via “Cannabis House Call”.
Les Matthews, MD, MBA, MCST
Dr. Les Matthews is an orthopedic surgeon who enjoyed a long and rewarding career in clinical and academic orthopedics. He holds a Master’s degree in Medical Cannabis as well as an MBA. He has a keen interest in enhancing education for both patients and providers on all aspects of cannabis as a medicine. Appreciating that many patients are using cannabis as medicine without supervision, he and his colleague, Dr. Altman, are providing podcast education for the interested public via “Cannabis House Call”.
