• New Patient Diagnosis & Certification: New patients that do not have medical records or documentation of diagnosis are able to meet with our experienced physicians for an evaluation and diagnosis before their certification appointment.
• New Patient Certification: Patients new to the medical cannabis program. Full services include: Medical cannabis recommendation good for a year, help with registering with the state and access to our customer support when questions arise.
• New Patient Recertification: Full services include: Medical cannabis recommendation good for a year, for returning patients to CCC or if you are transferring to us from another physician. Access to our customer support when questions arise.
• Industry Employee Certification: Patients new to the medical cannabis program. This pricing valid for any current employees working within the cannabis industry. Medical cannabis recommendation good for a year, help with registering with the state and access to our customer support when questions arise.
• Industry Employee Recertification: For returning patients to CCC or if you are transferring to us from another physician. This pricing valid for any current employees working within the cannabis industry.
