Meet Our Team

Dr. Bryan Doner received his undergraduate education at Denison University and completed a graduate program in Medical Sciences at the University of Massachusetts at Boston. He then completed his medical education at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, immediately followed by residency training in Emergency Medicine at Saint Vincent Health System (Erie, PA).

In addition to Emergency Medicine, Dr. Doner has undergone extensive, fellowship level training in both Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine, a Certified Hyperbaric & Wound Care Specialist (CHWS) by the American Board of Wound Healing, and a Fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association (FAPWCA).

Dr. Doner also serves as the President/CEO of D&P Medical Group, as well as the Medical Co-Director of the Wound & Hyperbaric Center, Medical Director of the Primary Stroke Center, and attending Emergency Physician at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital outside of Pittsburgh, PA.

He is a member of the American Academy of Cannabinoid Medicine, American’s for Safe Access, and the Society of Cannabis Clinicians.

Dr. Doner currently practices clinically in multiple states, and has active medical licenses in Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York. He is currently certified to attest for medical marijuana in New York, and soon Pennsylvania and Ohio. He has attended numerous symposiums and educational events regarding medical marijuana and research, oftentimes serving as a speaker or panel member. As an advocate for Medical Marijuana and as a clinical researcher, Dr. Doner is especially interested in future research within this industry.

Mr. Fainbraun is an entrepreneur, active investor and financial advisor. He started his career as a hedge fund trader. More recently, he became a founding partner of eHealth Ventures, a leading health care fund who counts the likes of the Cleveland Clinic and Amgen as partners. He is also an active board member and financial/strategy advisor of several fast-growing consumer-oriented companies. Amongst these is Dolcezza Gelato, a multi-unit retailer and national wholesale gelato manufacturer. Mr. Fainbraun is in the process of helping the company with their next institutional capital raising round. Another is Zengo Fitness, a local DC fitness company in the middle of a soon to be announced national three-way merger which will make the new company one of the highest profile companies in the space. He has also helped found and manage one of DC’s largest window treatment contractors as well as other several local businesses. His biggest passion is using his skills and experience to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses.

Dr. Bernard is board certified in Family Practice with a 32-year history of ER work, clinical medicine for the Army all over the United States and various worldwide positions, and a 12-year history of Urgicare. Dr. Bernard has an extensive military background, he was ranked as Colonel in the US Reserves and is currently retired. Dr. Bernard military awards include: Bronze Star, Army Commendation Medal x2, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, NATO ISAF Medal, Reserve Component Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal Armed Forces Reserve Medal, Reserve Component Overseas Training Medal Afghan Campaign Medal with one Combat Star, Army Achievement Award. Dr. Bernard is a member of Ame Assoc of Family Practice, Reserve Officers Assoc and Association of Military Surgeons, Society of Cannabis Clinicians, American Medical Marijuana Physicians Association and American College of CBD and Cannabis.

Dr. Paul is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He went to Duquesne University and graduated in 1981 with a degree in Music Education. He then went to Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri and graduated in 1988. Finished residency in Internal Medicine at Shadyside Hospital in 1992. He has practiced as an Emergency Department physician for 26 years at Allegheny Valley Hospital, Armstrong County Memorial Hospital and more recently Ellwood City Hospital. Dr. Paul has been a great addition to the CCC team!

Megan received her A.S. in Medical Billing and Coding from Herzing University and has a gift for working with patients. She was born and raised in Florida, where she and her family currently reside. She has experience working with a national pharmacy and working with a wide variety of patients in a busy internal medicine practice. Megan has years of experience being passionate and patient-focused. She has excelled in the healthcare field, offering her expertise in providing excellent customer service and patient care. She is dedicated to assuring a positive patient experience. Megan is currently a member of the following professional organizations: UnitedForCare and NORML.

Steve is the owner of Agency Replacement, an integrated marketing company in Pittsburgh that provides affordable print and digital marketing solutions to a variety of different clients throughout the United States. He is a highly motivated, organized, and performance-driven marketing professional with a strong capacity to manage a wide range of print and digitally-based projects for your Medical Marijuana dispensary, practice, or delivery service. Steve has strong expertise in graphic design, website design/development, digital marketing, and email marketing solutions.

Joe is a Pittsburgh Native who found his place in patient care after spending four plus years working in an assisted living facility. Always being a Cannabis activist Joe has combined his 10 years of customer service and hospitality along with his patient care background to educate and help patients reap the benefits of medical cannabis.

Ashley is a self-taught artist from a little town Carroll, Ohio who has made Pittsburgh her home the last 3 years. She travels, hikes and paints in her free time. A lover of all plants and animals. Her family consists of her boyfriend Sean and her brown dog Nahko. Over 12 years in customer service and experience in geriatric and home health care. Ashley truly believes in medical cannabis and its benefits. Pharmaceutical addiction is very prominent in our world and she believes medical cannabis is the step in the right direction.

After obtaining his degree in criminal justice, Justin attended the law enforcement academy before working with Zephyrhills Police Department. Justin applies his knowledge and skills from his extensive security background that he worked in for over ten years. Justin enjoys spending time with his three kids and wife. He says, “I make the dad thing look easy”!

Jess comes to CCC with a broad business background including an associate degree in Business/Merchandise Management from Bradford School of Business. Having previously worked as a Branch Manager for Carol Harris Staffing, and as a Youth Case Manager for Career TRACK, Jess devoted her time to working with low-income youth – assisting them in overcoming the obstacles potentially preventing them from seeking and maintaining employment. These opportunities have provided her with extensive experience in counseling and managing. She’s backed with solid experience in management, staff development, supervision, and client relations, Jess also possesses a thorough understanding of client behaviors, program guidelines, and methods of intervention. Past projects and assignments have allowed her to network with an array of media contacts, gain social media experience, and introduced her to elements of Public Relations. Jess is a perfect fit for the CCC team, with a passionate stance towards helping others improve and maintain their overall quality of life.
